Types of mounted boilers
Gas boilers are also available for traditional (conventional) and condensing boilers. Conventional ones are less efficient because they do not use all the energy contained in the burned fuel.
We are talking about water vapor, which is a product of gas combustion. In traditional devices it goes up the chimney.
- However, in condensing boilers it is compressed, so that the thermal energy contained in it can be recovered (hence, in their case, efficiencies of more than 100% are often found).
- Condenser models are a little more expensive than traditional ones, and they also require condensate to be drained from the boiler. However, in return we get a device that has an average efficiency 15% higher than that of a conventional boiler and consumes less gas.
Features of mounted boilers
Wall-mounted boilers appeared as a type of heating device later than their floor-standing counterparts. This is due to the fact that it was necessary to minimize the main disadvantage of floor structures - significant dimensions and weight.
After extensive research and development, engineers came up with a compact, mounted version. As the name implies, this design is hung on the wall. Therefore, it is compact and light weight.
This is true. The main advantage of wall-mounted models is their weight up to 50 kg and convenient dimensions. Thanks to this, they can be placed in any non-residential premises; there is no need to equip a furnace room.
This is an advantage of mounted boilers, but also a significant drawback. Compact models cannot be powerful. On average, they can be used to heat a building with an area of no more than 100 square meters. m. Therefore, the devices are especially popular among apartment owners.
Another distinctive feature of mounted models is the complexity of the design. As a rule, the unit contains a pressurization system, expansion tank, circulation pump, automatic control, etc.
All this equipment constitutes a single system and is enclosed under the boiler body. On the one hand, this is very convenient, since it allows you not to think about problems with the arrangement of the circuit and its further operation.
The main feature of mounted boilers is their compactness and low weight with sufficient power. Thanks to this, they can be mounted on the wall
The device just needs to be turned on and configured, then it will work on its own. However, if it breaks down, and this may well happen, skilled and often expensive repairs will be required. What will become an additional expense item for the family budget.
It must be admitted that due to the complexity of the design and the presence of a large number of parts that can fail, the service life of wall-mounted models is shorter than that of floor-mounted models.
A mounted gas boiler requires proper piping. It is better to carry it out to specialists
Combustion process
Gas heating appliances can have an open or closed combustion chamber. An open chamber boiler draws air to burn gas from the room in which it is installed, and the exhaust gases go up the chimney.
- Such a device requires a very efficient air exchange system. In this case, due to the risk of flue gases entering the room, only gravity ventilation is allowed (with mechanical ventilation, a fan can reverse the draft in the chimney and return the flue gas inside).
- For safety reasons, it is better to install boilers with an open combustion chamber not in the bathroom or kitchen, but in a separate boiler room or in a well-ventilated utility room.
- A little more expensive, but much safer - devices with a closed combustion chamber. Thanks to the built-in fan, they ensure the flow of necessary air from outside and the removal of exhaust gases there.
They work independently of the ventilation in the room - in this option there is no need to abandon the mechanical air exchange system. The closed combustion chamber in the boiler does not cause problems with cooling the interior, and devices equipped with it can be installed not only in the boiler room, but also in the hallway, kitchen or bathroom.
All currently produced boilers with a closed combustion chamber are condensing boilers.
In detached houses, when using a boiler with a closed combustion chamber with a power of up to 21 kW, the chimney installed above the roof can be replaced with a chimney running horizontally through the outer wall.
What are wall-mounted double-circuit gas boilers?
Modern wall-hung double-circuit boilers have an excellent design, a minimum of communications around them and operate almost silently, so they can be installed in any room that meets the requirements.
Gas mounted double-circuit models with the same dimensions and heating technical characteristics combine the functionality of two devices at once - the boiler itself and a flow-through (less often storage) water heater. The coolant from the heating circuit in dual-circuit models does not mix with sanitary water from the hot water supply (DHW) circuit.
It is advisable to install wall-mounted double-circuit models in small and medium-sized residential buildings with an area of up to 350-400 m2, in which the distance from the boiler to the points of consumption is not too large (7-10 m). Otherwise, preparing and heating running water will take too much time, 20 seconds or more, which negatively affects not only comfort, but also water and fuel consumption.
Another important point is the number of people living in the house, or rather the number of points of simultaneous consumption of hot water. Most dual-circuit models operate on the principle of DHW priority, i.e. when the consumption point opens, the heating circuit is preheated. Less often, usually in more expensive models, where the distribution of performance is implemented using a three-way valve, the heating of the heating circuit does not stop completely, but the performance is still reduced.
In practice, this means that if you use several hot water consumption points at the same time, the performance of the DHW circuit may not be enough, not to mention the heating circuit. Therefore, the total number of rooms with hot water consumption points (bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, etc.) should not exceed three.
Design and principle of operation
A visual principle of operation of double-circuit boilers with priority for hot water supply (DHW).
Double-circuit wall-mounted boilers differ from single-circuit boilers only in the presence of an additional heat exchanger and devices for distributing productivity between the circuits. The technical device may vary from model to model, but the standard design is simple and clear: a burner to which gas is supplied and its igniters → a primary heat exchanger, inside of which there is a heating circuit coolant and a secondary heat exchanger, inside of which sanitary water from the DHW circuit circulates → product removal system combustion into the chimney.
All well-known and common models are already equipped from the factory with all the elements and components necessary for the heating system: expansion tank, circulation pump, automatic air vent, safety valve, pressure gauge, set of sensors, etc. This means that for a standard heating scheme it is enough to just connect the supply and return lines to the boiler, as well as a water source for the DHW circuit (for example, a water supply).
To clearly understand the operating principle of dual-circuit models, let’s consider the functionality of each circuit separately:
- heating - a basic circuit in which the coolant continuously circulates, heating up in the heat exchanger and releasing heat through radiators in heated rooms;
- water heating - activated only when the hot water consumption point is opened, redirects all or a certain part of the heating circuit coolant to water heating.
After closing the consumption tap, the boiler switches back to the heating circuit and heats it up if the coolant has cooled down, or goes into standby mode (background heating) if everything is fine with the temperature.
Traditional double-circuit boilers are always characterized by a delay in the supply of already heated water (from 5 to 15 seconds), but there are models without such a delay, with a built-in boiler, operating on the principle of a storage heater, which we will talk about when describing the selection criteria. In any case, there is also a delay in the supply of hot water, independent of the boiler, associated with the length of the pipeline between the boiler and the point of consumption, where the cooled water is located.
The device is based on the example of the famous dual-circuit BAXI ECO-4s 24F: compact classic layout, optimal materials, all modules are placed down for convenience.

Single or double circuit boilers
According to the method of preparing hot water, gas boilers are divided into three groups:
- Single-circuit - heat water stored in a 100-200 liter tank. This means you need to find a place for the storage tank - in practice, this requires a separate boiler room. Thanks to the so-called circulation circuit, i.e. possibility of connecting several taps, hot water will circulate constantly. Such devices work well in large houses where there is hot water supply. collected at many points from the boiler;
- Double-circuit - they are a combination of a home heating boiler with an instantaneous water heater. They do not have a storage tank (so they take up less space) and they heat up hot water regularly, only when needed. Recommended primarily for buildings where all water intake points are located close to the boiler;
- Double function with tank - equipped with a small tank (eg 50L), they are a combination of the above two types. The boiler starts heating the DHW. only flow when the tank runs out. A circulation circuit can be connected to it.
Reliability of electricity and gas supply
Under conditions of low gas pressure, not every wall-mounted boiler will be able to operate stably. It is possible that the gas-hero devices are constantly attenuated and the safety automatics are triggered. In this case, the temperature of the coolant will decrease, and the surfaces of the heat exchanger will become covered with soot, since the burner is not designed to burn at low gas pressure. Usually, homeowners who have purchased imported units from the best manufacturers for such conditions find themselves in unpleasant situations. Here we recommend the option of a wall-mounted boiler adapted to low pressure or its differences. As a rule, these are boilers from Russian manufacturers.
Sales representatives declare the products to be non-volatile because they do not require electricity to operate. In fact, these units simply lack automation and a circulation pump. It will have to be installed separately and the heating system will still be volatile.
Gravity heating systems cannot operate in conjunction with a wall-mounted gas boiler. The coolant flows in them due to the difference in the weight of hot and cold water. Cold water moving through the return pipeline cannot independently rise to the height of the wall-mounted gas boiler, and the pressure of hot water in the supply pipeline is not enough. Conclusion: wall-mounted, non-volatile boilers exist, but gravity-flow systems require a floor-standing unit. It will be at the same level as the return pipeline or below, in the pit.
Unreliable power supply is not an obstacle to purchasing a suspended heater. If power outages are frequent but short-term, you can purchase an uninterruptible power supply unit, then the operation of the boiler will not be in any danger. During long outages, the only option is a gasoline or diesel power plant, but this is a matter of the cost of the project as a whole.
Gas boiler power
Although manufacturers tend to focus on this parameter, do not be discouraged when choosing a boiler from this angle. The power of the heating device must correspond to the actual heat demand. This parameter is indicated in the house design.
However, when modernizing a building, you cannot do without the help of a professional installer. In apartments and small houses, boilers with a capacity of 15-24 kW (in the case of single-circuit devices) and 17-27 kW (double-circuit models) are usually installed.
Choosing too much boiler power can lead to the fact that it will not be able to operate continuously and during transition periods (spring, autumn) it will wear out more quickly.
Power level
Home equipment is considered household equipment and has a power within 500 kW. But, the most common and popular in everyday life are those with a power of 35 kW.
To correctly determine the appropriate level of the heating system, you need to pay attention to the average standards. That is, on average, 1 kW of power heats 10 square meters. meters of space.
If the building has a ceiling height of more than three meters, the power will increase. The power itself is divided into heating and water heating.
When choosing a boiler, it is recommended to take into account the climate conditions of your area and the design of the residential building. This is necessary for a larger power reserve in northern regions and in rooms with thin walls.
Number of heating elements in the system
Typically, the homeowner begins planning the heating system in the house by choosing the type of heating (radiator, floor) and the number of heating circuits themselves.
The main offer of mounted boilers on the market are low-temperature boilers with a simple design and automatic control for maintaining a constant temperature.
Their main application should be only standard installations with one circuit on radiators. In the case of a system with a large number of circuits (for example, additional heated floors), this type of boiler is not worth buying.
Typically, automatic weather control (specified for underfloor heating circuits) is already available in a series of condensing boilers, the optimal temperature of the heating water contributes to the achievement of high efficiency of these boilers.
- Dividing the heating system into separate circuits (for example, separating floor heating and radiators), among other things, increases the comfort of use. allowing separate control of temperature and heating time.
- On the other hand, mounted boilers that operate (as opposed to standing ones) as flow-through boilers require careful selection of the hydraulic system, and in the case of several circuits, additional circulation pumps, mixing valves and, often, a hydraulic coupling and automation are installed that interact with two or more circuits .
Specially designed boilers with increased water capacity are also available, operating similarly to floor-standing boilers. These types of boilers can operate without maximum flow limitation, even with three circulation pumps connected directly, without the use of a hydraulic coupling. They are therefore an ideal solution for multi-circuit heating systems.
The best known manufacturers and models: characteristics and prices
All the models listed below are the most well-known and widespread, one of the most trouble-free and proven, optimal price-quality ratio double-circuit wall-mounted boilers. It is quite difficult to sort them into a rating based on reliability or quality, since most of them are the most successful models on the competitive market, almost identical when assessed based on a set of parameters, but clearly having their own characteristics.
BAXI ECO-4s 24F
The most common and “favorite” in Russia is the Italian double-circuit boiler with a closed combustion chamber (prefix F in the name). It is highly efficient and economical, its efficiency is one of the highest in the price segment - 92.9%, maximum gas consumption - 2.73 m3/hour. At the same time, the boiler is perfectly adapted to domestic conditions: unstable gas and water pressure, as a rule, is not the cleanest coolant, the automation and pump tolerate minor voltage drops.
The primary heat exchanger is copper, there are almost all protection systems available today: from overheating and freezing, blocking the circulation pump, auto-diagnostics. A water filter is also pre-installed. The quality of assembly and layout is excellent; after operating for more than 6 years, the boiler is known for its trouble-free operation. Owners also note almost silent operation. Among the shortcomings, only slight instability of the temperature of the heated water can be noted.
Vaillant turboFIT VUW 242/5-2
Despite its less popularity, in our opinion this is one of the best wall-mounted double-circuit gas boilers for heating a private home. TurboFIT VUW 242/5-2 is one of the German reference models with a closed combustion chamber. It is distinguished by excellent efficiency, efficiency – 93.5%, and maximum gas consumption – 2.66 m3/hour. The heat exchangers in it are separate, the primary one is copper. The performance between the circuits is carried out using a three-way valve, which allows you to maintain the temperature of the coolant when hot water consumption points are open. DHW performance is at the level of analogues.
The model has been on the market for only a few years (since 2022) and so far there are no known cases of service failures. However, the manufacturer has long been known for its high reliability and durability. Judging by the layout, this model is no exception: all pipes are copper, not rubber, connections are threaded, excellent build quality. All necessary protection systems are present. The turbine, servo drive and ignition operate almost silently.
Its only drawback is its higher price; in fact, it is a budget model from a well-known premium manufacturer. It is also worth considering that it is advisable to connect the boiler through a voltage stabilizer to prevent failure of the electronic control board.
Viessmann Vitopend 100-W A1JB010 24
Another reference German boiler with a closed combustion chamber, slightly inferior in performance to the Vaillant turboFIT. Efficiency – 91% at maximum gas flow – 2.77 m3/hour. The heat exchangers are separate, the primary one is made of steel, although with thick walls, designed for an operating pressure of up to 3 bar; during operation in Russia, no problems with burnout or leakage are known. The distribution of performance between the circuits is also through a three-way valve, and there are all protection systems.
A special difference is the presence of a programmer that allows you to set boiler operation settings for a day or a week, which, with proper operation, can significantly reduce consumption. A built-in programmer is a rarity in boilers in this price category.
The disadvantages are standard for most Viessmann models: vulnerability to voltage surges (the protective mechanism is designed for 170-253 V, which is not always enough); again, we recommend connecting the boiler through a voltage stabilizer. Also, in rare cases, the flame sensor and the burner module as a whole may become clogged, causing the automation to display error F4. It is imperative to regularly clean the boiler (at least once every 3-4 years) and monitor the condition of the gas filter.
Bosch Gaz 6000 W WBN 6000-24 C
A budget model from a well-known manufacturer, not the most outstanding in terms of characteristics, but proven in operation. Maximum gas consumption – 2.8 cubic meters. m/hour, separate heat exchangers, the primary one is copper, the distribution of productivity between them is carried out by means of a three-way valve. It operates almost silently, at the level of the reference Vaillant, in particular thanks to the smooth ignition technology, without the characteristic pop.
The device and materials used are not very different from previous analogues, but some connections are not threaded, but use rubber. In general, there are no serious complaints about technical reliability, but the boiler is very demanding on the presence of grounding, preferably dedicated specifically to the boiler, otherwise it will constantly generate an EA error.
Step-by-step instructions for grounding a gas boiler in a private house
Also, owners often note less convenient controls; to change the temperature of the DHW circuit and some other settings, you need to perform several actions, unlike separate buttons or “knobs” in previous models.
Buderus Logamax U072-24K
A German model with a closed combustion chamber, but with Russian localization (assembly is carried out at a Russian plant), which significantly influenced the cost of the boiler and made it possible to distinguish it from others. Efficiency – 92%, maximum gas flow – 2.8 m3/hour, primary heat exchanger – copper. The layout of the boiler is not much different from previous German analogues; the connections are threaded, but the quality of Russian assembly is sometimes inferior to European ones.
In general, this is an extremely budget-friendly, efficient, reliable and stylish model, but at the same time it has a slightly larger number of shortcomings. Firstly, in addition to the lower quality of assembly, it is a plastic water supply valve, which is easy to break over time. Secondly, the electronic board is vulnerable to voltage surges. However, the price of the boiler makes it competitive and worthy of attention.
Ariston ALTEAS X 24 FF NG
An extremely stylish, efficient and high-tech boiler with a closed combustion chamber. Efficiency – 93.7%, maximum gas flow – 2.73 m3/hour, separate heat exchangers, distribution via a three-way valve. In addition to the design and build quality, the main difference from previous analogues is the presence of a programmer and the ability to control from an application on a smartphone via Wi-Fi. Owners also note a large number of fine settings (limiting the coolant temperature, influencing the on/off frequency, etc.).
The only drawbacks are the interface, which is somewhat difficult to master, the impractical glass cover, which shows fingerprints, and the rather high price, which, however, can hardly be considered overpriced.
Undoubtedly, there are other excellent models from the same or other manufacturers, in some respects inferior to those listed, and in others superior; it is impossible to list them all within the scope of the article.
If you wish, you can also pay attention to models from such companies as Protherm, Lamborghini, MORA-TOP, De Dietrich, Wolf. Due to the increased problems and quality, we do not recommend choosing Korean models, Russian-made boilers and similar ones that are attractive for their cost: Navien, Kiturami, Lemax, Ferroli (assembled in China).

The best single-circuit gas boilers with an open combustion chamber
In the first selection we will look at boilers with an open burner. Let us remind you that such equipment uses air from the room, and sends combustion products into the chimney naturally. This is generally a simpler and more affordable scheme.
Lemax Gazovik AOGV-6, 6 kW, single-circuit
Rating: 4.6
For heating a small room up to 50 square meters. meters, boilers of minimum power are suitable. One of the most inexpensive options is the domestically produced Lemax boiler from the budget Gazovik series with a capacity of 6 kW. There are also more powerful modifications in the series; we are considering this one as an example. This option is one of the most popular.
The simplest possible scheme is used here, in which there is only minimal automation without any frills, which determines the affordable price. For the same reason, the boiler is completely autonomous - it does not need a connection to the electrical network. Installation - floor.
The heat exchanger here is made of steel with walls 2 mm thick. Manufactured in accordance with Russian GOST, and also meets European standards and even American ASTM A 1011.
The efficiency of this model is not a record, but still quite high for the super-budget class - 87%. It is achieved due to the expanded heat exchange area and turbulators, which partially delay the removal of gases.
The most important functional modules use imported high-quality components - a POLIDORO micro-torch burner and Italian-made safety automatics.
The boiler control is mechanical, manual; when adjusting, you can navigate using the built-in thermometer. There is no pump, meaning the coolant circulates naturally. There is a gas control with automatic shutdown of gas supply in case of spontaneous extinguishing of the burner.
Advantages
- gas control;
- relatively good efficiency, as for a simple boiler;
- imported burner and safety automation;
- complete energy independence;
- thermometer;
- easily removable casing;
- the most affordable price.
Flaws
- minimal functionality.
Lemax Premium-10, single-circuit
Rating: 4.7
Now a more powerful and functional model of the same domestic brand Lemax Premium series. This is also a boiler with a floor installation, which even outwardly is almost identical to the previous one, but they differ not only in power.
In addition to the power of 10 kW, which is already enough to heat a room of 100 square meters. meters, there is also a slightly higher efficiency - 90%. The principle is the same - the boiler uses the same steel burner and imported automation. But to the mandatory gas control function, automatic overheating control has also been added. This does not mean overheating of the device itself, but of the water in the heating system. If the coolant temperature begins to exceed the set maximum, the boiler automatically turns off.
This model is also non-volatile. It is understood that a connection to an outlet is not required for operation, but the control, accordingly, is also only mechanical and water circulation should be natural. Let us remember that the disadvantage of such systems is that, due to the absence of a pump, it will not be possible to maintain uniform pressure. The minimum pressure in the system must be 13 mbar for the unit to produce the stated 10 kW heating power and 90 percent efficiency.
Users in reviews on trading platforms praise this model mainly for its simplicity, reliability and fault tolerance. Rare complaints about the burner going out for no reason are often due to installation irregularities, and not to fundamental shortcomings of the device.
A special feature of the model is that at a set temperature of up to 50 degrees, condensation can form inside. The manufacturer considers this phenomenon as the norm, but users are often wary and note it as a drawback.
Advantages
- decent efficiency;
- overheat protection;
- imported automation and burner;
- energy independence;
- gas control;
- thermometer;
- convenient removable casing.
Flaws
- Under certain conditions, condensation forms.
Buderus Logamax U054-24, 24 kW, single-circuit
Rating: 4.7
The next boiler in this collection has gone far in terms of characteristics from the previous version. It is almost twice as expensive, but in its class it is considered inexpensive. Another plus is that the Buderus trademark is nothing more than a division of the legendary BOSH.
This model is much more powerful - 24 kW is enough to heat an area of up to 240 square meters. meters, and that's just the nominal value. And according to user reviews, the device can easily cope with large rooms.
And its main advantage is not even power, because this figure of 24 kW is one of the most common. The most important thing here is the presence of a built-in expansion tank with a capacity of 8 liters. This tank gives the boiler a huge advantage, as it allows you to effectively compensate for the thermal expansion of the heat exchanger and, accordingly, the excess water that arises due to this.
The second big plus is the copper heat exchanger. This is the most expensive option, but it is also the optimal one - sufficient corrosion resistance, durability, light weight, high thermal conductivity, compactness, light weight - only 32 kg.
The boiler is equipped with a whole set of automation. These are protective equipment - gas control; protection against overheating, freezing and pump blocking. And also effective automatic adjustment of flame intensity, plus auto-ignition based on sensor readings. There is a thermometer and a pressure gauge.
The disadvantage is the lack of a circulation pump. The presence of a pump blocking protection function is a tribute to the mass production of various modifications, and often misleads buyers.
The boiler can also operate on liquefied gas. The efficiency is one of the highest in this class - 91.35%. You can connect external control.
Advantages
- BOSH division;
- expansion tank;
- copper heat exchanger;
- automatic protective kit;
- auto ignition;
- flexible automatic adjustment;
- built-in pump;
- high efficiency;
- compactness.
Flaws
- no circulation pump.
BAXI SLIM 1.300 iN, 29.7 kW, single-circuit
Rating: 4.8
Now let’s look at a much more expensive, but at the same time much more functional boiler from the BAXI brand. The manufacturer is an Italian company with a half-century history, which is now part of the German-British holding BDR Thermea. Conventionally, this model can be classified as high middle class, closer to premium.
This is a fairly powerful 29.7 kW boiler with floor installation. In the BAXI model range it is considered compact - the SLIM series with dimensions of 350x850x680 mm. But the weight is as much as 126 kg, due to additional equipment and heavy coolant.
An important role here is played by the built-in pump, which regulates the stability of the coolant pressure. A big plus is the ultra-reliable cast iron coolant made of five sections. The level of useful thermal power in combination with the characteristics of the burner themselves provide decent energy efficiency and an efficiency of 90%.
Moreover, the device is also equipped with an electronic control system that provides automatic flame modulation. All this makes it possible to heat large rooms up to 220 square meters. meters with noticeable savings in resources.
The presence of automation and a pump already makes this model energy-dependent - it requires a connection to a 220V power supply to operate.
This model is suitable for heating private houses, cottages, commercial and industrial premises. It can work as part of cascade heating systems, as well as in “tandem” with an external boiler for heating water in the water supply system.
Another notable feature is support for operation in two temperature ranges. So, the range from 30 to 45 degrees allows you to use this boiler for the operation of a “warm floor” system.
Additional functions and capabilities: protection systems against overheating, freezing, gas attenuation, pump blocking; automatic self-diagnosis; connection of external control; auto ignition; possibility of working on liquefied gas.
Advantages
- reputable brand;
- ultra-reliable heat exchanger made of cast iron;
- flame modulation;
- multifunctional protective automation;
- electronic control;
- connection of external control;
- suitable for “warm floor”;
- relatively compact.
Flaws
- installation only in a separate room.
Buderus Logano G234 WS-44, 44 kW, single-circuit
Rating: 4.9
The selection will be completed by the most expensive boiler in the category. This is also a model of the Buderus brand, but a fundamentally different device than the wall-mounted compact Logamax U054-24. It costs about 200 thousand rubles at the beginning of 2022.
This price may be upsetting, but this is only at first glance. The boiler is almost twice as powerful as the previous one - 44 kW, but it is the power that directly determines the cost of the boiler, even within the same series. Here the emphasis is on increased reliability, durability and reliability for operation with an intensity comparable to industrial use. Its resource is enough to heat rooms up to 440 square meters. meters.
With such power, the device also demonstrates a top efficiency indicator - 93%. And this despite the fact that it is convection, not condensation. In this case, this is more of a plus, since with potentially maximum intensity of use this provides fewer reasons for breakdown.
The boiler is large and heavy, for floor installation it weighs 221 kg. Here a significant share of the weight falls on the cast iron heat exchanger. The manufacturer also made a choice towards maximum durability - such heat exchangers last for 50 years.
The device operates in automatic mode, has auto-ignition, and supports flame modulation. You can connect external control. Like many other boilers in this class, it can operate on liquefied gas.
For such a price, however, many users do not have enough of a circulation pump and an expansion tank. And electronic automation would greatly benefit from auto diagnostics, which is also not available here. The manufacturer can be understood, since the emphasis was placed on reliability during long-term continuous operation. But still, the price is somewhat obligatory.
Advantages
- manufacturer;
- premium class;
- power;
- reliability, reliability and durability;
- high efficiency;
- protective automation;
- flame modulation;
- connection of external control;
- operation on liquefied gas is possible.
Flaws
- no pump and expansion tank;
- price.

Most models have control units that do not require connection to a household network. This allows the boilers to be used in conditions of unstable power supply. Heating equipment is equipped with a heat exchanger made of cast iron. Compared to other parts, a cast iron heat exchanger has a number of advantages:
- resistance to corrosion processes;
- extended service life;
- high heat capacity.
The company presents gas boilers with one and two circuits. This way you can choose a unit for heating and preparing hot water supply.
Signal
The heating equipment plant produces single and double-circuit gas floor-standing boilers. The products of this manufacturer have a good price-quality ratio.
The plant's products are represented in two series:
- "Comfort". Syria consists of units whose power is 10, 12.5 and 16 kW. A distinctive feature of the models in this line is their high efficiency. This figure reaches 90%. When properly configured, gas boilers can save up to 25% of fuel;
- "Standard". The series includes boiler units of various designs. The power of the equipment, depending on the model, can reach 100 kilowatts. The products have a heat exchanger made of steel and a modern design. The built-in thermostat allows you to regulate the intensity of the unit’s operation and maintain the temperature in the heated room in the desired range.
In comparison with foreign boilers with similar characteristics, the products have a low price. At the same time, the quality of components remains at a high level.
Lemax
Russian manufacturer of boiler equipment. The majority of all products are floor-mounted units. The organization produces gas units with two types of heat exchangers - steel and cast iron. In the first case, the wall thickness is 2 mm. A heat exchanger of this type is susceptible to the development of corrosion processes on its surface.
The manufacturer equips boiler units with one or two circuits. The products can be used for both heating and hot water supply.
The cast iron heat exchanger has a wall thickness of 4 mm. Its surface is less susceptible to the negative influence of aggressive environments. Floor-standing units are equipped with sectional heat exchangers. The organization manufactures its products in 2 versions - connected and not connected to a household network. This allows you to choose a model for rooms where the electricity supply is intermittent. The efficiency of products from this manufacturer reaches 90%. The products are adapted to changes in gas pressure in the system and sudden changes in temperature. Compared to foreign analogues, floor-standing gas boilers have a low price.
Rostovgazapparat
Manufacturer of gas floor heating boilers designed for various types of premises. Rostovgazoapparat products are distinguished by high quality and reliability. The units are adapted to pressure differences in the gas pipeline.
Rostovgazapparat produces good products
Heat exchangers of boiler equipment are made of structural steel, cast iron or copper. The most popular products are those with cast iron heat exchangers. They are resistant to overheating and corrosion on the surface of the walls.
Models with cast iron parts are heavy. This requires the manufacture of a solid base when installing heating equipment.
The company produces single-circuit and double-circuit models. The units are characterized by a low sound level emitted during operation. This allows you to use the unit in domestic conditions.
