They serve to supply hot water to one or more water points, such as washbasins, showers and bathtubs. The devices must be connected to a natural draft gas exhaust system (chimney). They are equipped with a maintenance-free piezoelectric igniter for the pilot burner. Principle of operation

The Vaillant gas instantaneous water heater is easy to use. For units

with an open combustion chamber, draft is created naturally and depends on the height of the chimney.

Operating principle:

1. After opening the hot water tap, it passes through the gas valve reducer with a built-in membrane.
2. Due to the increase in pressure in the water supply, the rubber membrane bends and acts on the plate, pushing out the water rod, which presses with a pressure of about 50 kg on the gas valve, opening it, after which gas begins to flow into the combustion area.
3. At the same time, the rod presses on the plate, as a result, the batteries are turned on, producing a spark for ignition.
4. After the flame ignites, the flame sensor sends a signal to the module that turns off the spark plug.
5. After closing the hot water tap, the pressure in the water supply network decreases, the gas valve cuts off the gas supply to the devices, and the heating process stops.
6. The ionization sensor, when detecting the absence of a torch within 6-7 seconds, sends a signal to the control board, which turns off the gas supply. This protection system prevents carbon monoxide from accumulating and entering the room.
7. The temperature sensor is responsible for the degree of water heating; if the heated water limits are exceeded, the electronic control board also shuts off the gas.

Note! The draft sensor is responsible for the normal circulation of flue gases, their release into the atmosphere, and the prevention of gas contamination in the room. When it drops to “0,” for example, when the flue is clogged with soot, the sensor sends a signal to the control unit, which turns off the gas supply.

Instructions for turning on and servicing Vaillant speakers:

1. Before turning on the Vaillant geyser, open the gas and water taps.
2. Light the igniter; to do this, press the load regulator and turn it from the “Off” position to “Ignition”, while simultaneously pressing the piezoelectric ignition button.
3. Check the presence of the torch through the viewing window.
4. Release the piezo ignition button and hold the power regulator pressed for
   about 10 more seconds.
5. If the device is not ignited, hold the regulator knob for up to 60 seconds to ventilate the gas duct, and repeat the start with piezo ignition.
6. After creating a steadily burning torch, turn the power regulator from “Ignition” to the “On” position. In this mode, when the hot water tap is opened, the column will automatically start working, and when closed, it will turn off.
7. The water temperature is set by a thermostat on the device panel. To increase it, rotate the knob to the right, and to decrease it, rotate it to the left.
8. To turn off the speakers, turn the power control from the “On” position to the “Off” position while holding it down.
9. Close the shut-off valves on the gas and water lines.

The speaker has a steel enameled body. Some models have a window on its front through which you can see how the burner works. At the bottom of the panel there are:
