Composition of the coolant "Warm Home - ECO"
The basis of antifreeze is pharmacological grade propylene glycol. This liquid is green in color and contains fluorescein, which makes it easier to find leaks. The coolant “Warm House - ECO” is designed for use as part of heating and air conditioning systems. The operating temperature of the fluid ranges from –30 to 106 °C. This makes it suitable for use in double-circuit boilers, as well as in facilities with high environmental safety requirements.
The coolant "Warm House - ECO" contains a package of additives that serve to protect against scale, foam formation, and corrosion. The manufacturer does not recommend using this composition in systems with galvanized pipes due to the likelihood of sediment formation. In addition, care must be taken to seal the system - this is due to the high fluidity of the composition. Before putting the circuit into operation, it is recommended to perform preliminary pressure testing.

Coolant "Teplodom" - antifreeze for heating systems
Designed for use in heating systems as a working fluid, compatible with most coolants, does not have an aggressive effect on rubber and plastic products, and does not form rust or scale in the system.
Coolants "TeploDom" are produced according to TU 2422-012-72021999-2011. based on ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and fully comply with GOST 28084-89 on Low-freezing cooling liquids. "TeploDom" is intended for filling installations and heating systems of buildings, as well as as working fluids in other heat exchangers operating at low and moderate temperatures. Coolants differ in the presence of various additives and are available in the following assortment: |
— Non-freezing liquid “TeploDom -45”, with a temperature of the onset of crystallization not higher than minus 45°C
— Non-freezing liquid “TeploDom -65”, with a temperature of the onset of crystallization not higher than minus 65°C.
Coolants "Teplodom" are intended for various heating and air conditioning systems as a working fluid, ensuring operation in the range from - 65 ° C to 112 ° C in accordance with the instructions for the rules of operation of the equipment. A specially selected coolant additive package reliably protects against scale, foaming and corrosion. As an exception, it is undesirable to use coolant in systems with galvanized pipes, because precipitation is possible. The coolant does not have an aggressive effect on plastic and metal-plastic, rubber, paranit and flax, i.e. the possibility of leaks is excluded. However, you should know that it has a slightly higher fluidity than water, so it is necessary to carefully assemble all the connecting units and be sure to carry out preliminary pressure testing of the system. Teplodom coolants are highly stable and provide continuous operation for five years. It is imperative to dilute the coolant with water! This allows you to increase the heat capacity and reduce the viscosity of the coolant, i.e. improve its circulation. However, if necessary, the coolant “TeploDom” is diluted with distilled or ordinary tap water to a working state of crystallization at minus 40 ° C, while 77% “TeploDom -65” and 23% water are mixed; at minus 30°C - 65% “TeploDom -65” and 35% water; at minus 25°C - 60% “TeploDom -65” and 40% water; minus 20°C - 54% “TeploDom -65” and 46% water. It should be taken into account that at the indicated temperatures the crystallization process is just beginning, and its thickening occurs at temperatures approximately 5-7°C higher.
Using a mixture with a lower crystallization onset temperature can lead to ethylene glycol deposits on heating elements or in the burner area, which will lead to the formation of tarry deposits, burnout of heating elements, etc. If water from wells, boreholes, etc. is used to dilute the coolant. where there may be a high content of salts and metals, it is recommended to pre-mix a small amount of TeploDom coolant with water in the required proportion in a transparent container and make sure that there is no clouding or sediment formation. Mixing the coolant with water can be done immediately before pouring into the system (especially for systems with natural circulation) or by filling it alternately in small portions.
ATTENTION: mixing with other coolants and antifreezes without prior testing is NOT advisable, as this can lead to the destruction of additives and deterioration of anti-corrosion properties.
The service life of the coolant depends on its operating conditions. It is not recommended to bring the coolant to a boil (+112°C), since when overheated to 170°C, thermal decomposition of ethylene glycol and additives will begin. Therefore, good coolant circulation must be ensured in heating boilers. To do this, the coolant must be diluted, as recommended earlier, and have a more powerful circulation pump than when working on water (in terms of productivity - by 10%, in terms of pressure - by 60%), and also to heat the coolant at negative temperatures gradually, without turning on boiler at full power.
It should also be taken into account that the coolant has a higher coefficient of volumetric expansion compared to water, so the expansion tank in the systems must be at least 15% of their volume.
The coolant "Teplodom" is intended only for technical use (ethylene glycol is poisonous!): do not allow it to get into food products or drinking water to avoid poisoning! If it gets on skin or clothing, the coolant is easily washed off with water, leaving no irritation or burns.
Coolants of the Teplodom brand are fire and explosion-proof and have a certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU. AI 28. NO1907, state registration certificate No. RU.77.99.32.008.E038860.09.11. The products have passed quality control and are registered in the Russian Register of Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances and are approved for widespread use.
After 5 years of operation, the coolant (household antifreeze) will remain a non-freezing liquid, but will exhaust the life of anti-corrosion additives. It must be drained and disposed of. Before filling in new coolant, carefully check all connections and flush the system.
Store coolant (household antifreeze) out of the reach of children, in a hermetically sealed container, away from food products. Avoid direct sunlight.
In terms of technical indicators, TeploDom coolants meet the following characteristics.

Features of antifreeze “Warm Home - ECO”
This fluid requires the use of glycol compatible sealants. It is allowed to use silky linen without oil paint. “Warm House - ECO” is not recommended to be mixed with antifreeze of other brands without first checking compatibility.
The shelf life of the proposed liquid is at least 5 years. It should be remembered that the durability of the coolant depends on a number of factors, including heating temperature. The composition should not be brought to a boil to avoid irreversible destruction of propylene glycol and the formation of additives. Intensive coolant circulation helps avoid overheating.
Antifreeze "Warm House - ECO" is safe for people and animals. This composition is approved for use as a refrigerant in the food industry. It is fire and explosion proof. In addition, the vapors generated when the refrigerant is heated are not toxic.
