The work of the Kiturami concern is aimed at the production of heating devices using biofuel and gas. But it was the diesel fuel equipment that ensured the popularity of this manufacturer.
Advantages of diesel fuel installations:
- Ease of use thanks to the ability to control any function using the remote control. The thermostat built into it determines the operating and temperature conditions of the coolant. The operation of the boiler does not depend on the size of the chimney and the presence of draft, since the existing turbocharging effect contributes to the forced direction of exhaust gases into the chimney;
- High efficiency is achieved due to the aerodynamic flow during fuel combustion;
- Possibility of self-configuration;
- Year-round hot water supply;
- Availability of a self-diagnosis system with information about the operation and malfunctions of the system;
- Acceptable price;
- Variety of model range.
The only negative is the type of fuel, which creates a negative environmental situation when burned.
Kiturami diesel boiler design
Equipment characteristics
- The design, equipped with high-quality elements and blocks, differs from other brands. The heat exchanger is made of highly alloyed steel, which has superior physical and technical properties to other metals, which increases its cost, which is compensated by its high quality.
- The equipment is made of copper, which does not react with water and increases its heat resistance. The presence of internal and external control units, which helps regulate and control the operating mode of the system from different places in the boiler room.
- Coverage of the power range of floor-standing 2-circuit devices is from 10 to 35 kW, sufficient to heat 250-275 sq. m.
- Dependence of actual fuel consumption on personal settings. An injector from the manufacturer is selected for the actual power parameters.
- Heating power, fuel consumption and combustion mode are set independently. With power parameters up to 15 kW, the expected fuel consumption is 8 liters per day, while the burner will operate at certain intervals to create the optimal room temperature. By correctly choosing the heating mode and installing a variable temperature controller, you can significantly reduce fuel consumption.
- Gas, diesel, floor-mounted or wall-mounted boilers are mainly equipped with a closed combustion chamber and a forced gas exhaust system. The steel or ceramic chimney is coaxial, so that the supply of street air flow and gas removal are carried out at the same time.
- It is possible to construct a chimney with a slightly larger diameter - up to 120 mm. Reducing its size and cross-section is unacceptable.
Kiturami Turbo
Kiturami Turbo - diesel floor-mounted double-circuit boilers are designed for heating and hot water supply of residential and industrial premises. The company produces only double-circuit boilers (heating + hot water supply) of varying power: from 9 kW to 35 kW. This model runs on diesel fuel (liquid fuel boilers) and is the optimal solution for heating and hot water.
The Kiturami turbo heat exchanger is made of special high-alloy steel, superior in its properties and quality to other types. The heat exchanger can use any type of coolant, both water and antifreeze. The DHW exchanger is made of 99% copper, which provides increased productivity in the hot water preparation process.
Consumer characteristics of Kiturami TURBO diesel boilers:
- Economical – the Kiturami turbo diesel boiler is one of the most economical boilers presented on the Russian market. It is difficult to find a diesel boiler that would consume 8 liters of fuel on average per day. The turbocyclone burner installed on this heating boiler allows you to achieve the highest fuel efficiency due to the aerodynamic flow in the combustion zone. This technology increases the boiler efficiency;
- Safety and reliability – Sensors for monitoring temperature, overheating, and lack of coolant provide an optimal control system;
- Self-diagnosis system - displays all information about the operation of the boiler and malfunctions on the display of the room thermostat, clearly showing the state of the system;
- Ease of operation - all boiler control functions are set from the control panel, which can be installed in any convenient place. The thermostat built into the remote control allows you to regulate the operation of the boiler based on room temperature and coolant. The boilers provide the possibility of degree-by-degree adjustment of hot water temperature in the range from 41 °C to 75 °C. The turbocharging effect promotes the forced removal of exhaust gases into the chimney, which eliminates dependence on the presence of draft and the size of the chimney;
- Switching to another type of fuel is achieved by replacing the burner;
- Hot water supply all year round, including in summer. It is possible to use the boiler without using the heating mode. The boiler type of boiler allows you to produce a sufficient amount of hot water, so DHW does not require the installation of additional equipment.

The lineup
The development of KSO models was initially carried out as gas-powered equipment. After changing the type of burner and slightly changing the monitoring and control system, it became possible to use other energy sources. Diesel fuel became the main fuel. The turbocyclone burner contributed to 100% fuel combustion and increased efficiency. The advantages of the model are simplicity of design, ease of maintenance and low price.
Biofuel boilers models KRM-30R and KRM -70R with changes made to their design use both diesel fuel and other solid fuels. The transition from one type of fuel to another is carried out quickly. The forced circulation system helps to increase the efficiency of the heater. These models differ only in power.
The turbo 13r model produces 13,000 kcal/hour of thermal energy or 15.1 kW, which is enough to heat 150 square meters. m. Heat costs for the preparation of hot water supply are taken into account. With significant regular waste of boiling water, the thermal circuit power is lower.
The turbo 17 model has a thermal power parameter of 19.8 kW, sufficient to heat 180 square meters. m. To increase the upper performance threshold, nozzles on the burner are selected, which can affect fuel consumption.
The turbo 21r model with a capacity of 24.4 kW has increased performance of the DHW circuit. At the same time, the dimensions of the boiler remain unchanged.
The liquid fuel model turbo 30 r has a performance of 34.9 kW, sufficient to heat 350 sq. m. Equipped with torch-shaped burners, the fuel combustion mode is optimal. Due to the low amount of nitrogen oxides, it is a highly environmentally friendly equipment.
The main advantages of the Kiturami TURBO 30R boiler
- Economical. The Kiturami Turbo 30R diesel boiler is very economical, due to the fact that eight liters are enough for daily fuel consumption. Also, high efficiency is achieved due to the turbocyclone burner installed in the boiler. Thanks to it, maximum fuel efficiency is achieved, this is due to the aerodynamic flow in the area where combustion occurs. This technology increases the efficiency of the boiler;
- Safety and reliability. The boiler design has special sensors that monitor temperature and overheating. Thus, the developers have fully provided the required control system;
- Equipped with a self-diagnosis system. During operation, the consumer will not need to regularly check the equipment, since the system itself will indicate defects and malfunctions that have arisen. You will learn about any operating errors through the built-in display. This way you will always be aware of the condition of the boiler;
- Ease of use. The boiler comes with a remote control. Using it, you can set all the necessary functions, no matter where you are (within the permissible distance). The remote control has a built-in thermostat, which allows you to adjust the operation of the boiler according to the room temperature.
- It is possible to switch to another type of fuel. This requires replacing the burner;
- Availability of hot water even during the non-heating period (summer). Due to the fact that the boiler is a boiler, it is capable of producing the required amount of hot water. That is, for DHW there is no need for additional installations.
The technical characteristics of this boiler model include:
- power 34.8 kW;
- volume of fuel consumed 4.3 liters per hour;
- The area allowed for heating is 350 square meters.

Owner reviews
“In 2012, a Kiturami 17R boiler was purchased. Great purchase. He was supposed to work as a backup for the Evan Epo-18 electric boiler, which acts as the main one in the heating system. Since an area of 150 square meters was heated. m, then the choice specifically fell on equipment with increased power. In severe frosts, the main boiler cannot cope with maintaining the required temperature conditions and stops working due to a drop in voltage in the network. Kiturami acts as a lifeguard, heating and providing water.” Tambov, Arkady
“The Kiturami Turbo boiler is of interest for hot water due to the presence of the SHOWER function, which is capable of producing a small volume of hot water in a short period of time.” Sochi, Marina
“Wonderful equipment. No matter how many such systems have been installed, practically no one has any complaints. All of Siberia is heated by them.” Ekaterinburg, Sergey
“The cost of this equipment alone can attract interest. Spare parts are always available, the remote controls are unified.” Moscow, Konstantin
“We have our own complaints about the boilers of this company. In my opinion they are not entirely reliable. So we had to resort to repairs twice. Automation can’t handle it.” St. Petersburg, Alexander
Solid fuel
Solid fuel boilers are suitable for use in rural areas. To obtain thermal energy, the units consume biofuel: wood and coal. It is possible to use briquetted and granular materials of various origins.
Features of operation:
- availability of fuel material;
- limited time on one tab;
- the need to constantly manually service the boiler: load new portions of fuel and clean out the ash several times a day;
- the chimney and pipe periodically become clogged with soot deposits.
We recommend: Do-it-yourself hydrogen generator - diagram, installation design, drawings
Solid fuel boilers come in classic and pyrolysis types. In the first case, the unit has one combustion chamber.
The second option is structurally more complicated. The firebox of such a device is divided into two parts. Fuel is placed in the upper chamber and heated until pyrolysis occurs. The wood gas generated in the process is forced through a nozzle into the lower chamber and burned there.
Pyrolysis boilers are more efficient. Another advantage is their low waste.
Kiturami KF
The series is represented by the KF-35 model with a power of 24 kW. A pyrolysis type boiler is capable of heating rooms up to 240 square meters. m. One full load of fuel allows continuous operation of the unit throughout the day. The heating rate of domestic water is 14.7 l/min. Efficiency - 91.5%.
Design advantages:
- spacious loading chamber for 50 kg;
- stainless heat exchanger;
- a ceramic nozzle between combustion zones 1 and 2 promotes complete combustion of fuel and pyrolysis gases;
- large loading hatch;
- the boost fan maintains a stable fireplace in the firebox;
- the secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a device for removing pyrolytic liquid;
- Ash receptacle in the form of a box.
Kiturami KRP
The KRP line includes pellet boilers that use granulated wood waste. Granule diameter: 6–8 mm, length: 1–3 cm. A full hopper allows the equipment to work without interruption for up to 5 days. The model range consists of 2 sizes: 20A and 50A.
Technical features:
- automatic fuel supply via a screw mechanism;
- built-in expansion tank and circulation pump;
- ash pan in the form of a box;
- pellet burner in the shape of a bowl with an increased ignition area;
- automatic vibration cleaning of grates.
Installation and operation rules
In the presence of power surges, it is advisable to purchase a stabilizer to ensure proper operation of the control and monitoring unit and safety from premature failure
The boilers are equipped with tanks for storing liquid fuel. These tanks may affect the performance of the equipment. Correct installation of this container is necessary, which must be aligned in all planes.
The tank must have a pipe for draining sediment and a fixing bag. The container must be periodically emptied of fuel and cleaned; it is recommended to use only purified fuel.
Before starting the equipment, the tank is initially filled with diesel fuel, which must sit for at least half an hour. Only after this the unit is started and operating modes are adjusted.
In the presence of power surges, it is advisable to purchase a stabilizer to ensure proper operation of the control and monitoring unit and safety from premature failure.
To maintain the operation of the boiler you need:
- Periodic mechanical cleaning.
- Constant monitoring of equipment performance and checking components and parts for leakage.
It is possible to independently install diesel boilers by carefully studying the diagrams and manufacturer’s recommendations. However, there are many operations that require the presence of highly qualified specialists so that the equipment does not have to be repaired later. The instructions for the exact procedure and principle of installation and the electrical installation diagram serve to illustrate the implementation of these works.
Kiturami boilers are an economical option with a long service life. The reason for premature repairs is untimely maintenance or filling with low-quality fuel.
Error codes:
- Flashing lights "01", "02" or "03" indicate a problem with the flame detector and no ignition. The boiler will need to be restarted according to the instructions;
- Error “04” indicates a malfunction of the water temperature sensor and will require repair;
- Error “08” is an indication that the route between the boiler and the sensor is too long or there is a wire break. Repair work is required;
- Error “95” – low pressure in the circuit. The boiler needs to be recharged and the heating system must be inspected for leaks;
- Error “96” – system overheating;
- Error “98” – lack of fuel during delivery.
Reasons for lack of ignition - error code “01”:
- The screw that limits the fuel level is jammed. It is necessary to replace the shut-off element or check the injection motor;
- Failure of the injection motor - a check of the motor’s performance will be required;
- Lack of fuel supply - you will need to check its level;
- Third-party object in screw gate;
- Photosensor failure - it needs to be checked for functionality.
Diesel boiler Kiturami Turbo 30R | Problems and solutions
I was looking for a used backup diesel boiler. My main heating is covered by a heat accumulator for an electric heating system and a fireplace with an Optima Aqua 700Sh water jacket. Diesel is needed to support the TA in severe frosts and in case of a power outage (connected via a Smart UPS 3000VA). There are few offers on the secondary market, starting from 15 tr. (at a new price of 30 tr.), but occasionally there are offers for 10 tr. Most often, happy homeowners who have gas supplied to them get rid of diesel boilers. Therefore, the condition of the boilers is quite good, they worked for 1-2 seasons. And then one day a Kiturami Turbo 30R (35 kW) turned up for me for 7 thousand rubles. I examined it and bought it. I brought it home, connected it to the CO, installed a 200 liter plastic fuel barrel, replaced the fuel filters and 1 fuel line hose. When starting up, the boiler began to show error 01. Error 01 means that there is no ignition of the fuel. I scoured the Internet and formulated “troubleshooting”, i.e. ways to solve this problem step by step:
- Checking the voltage in the network. The voltage should be standard 220-230 V (how to change the voltage with a tester?).
- Checking the fuel line. There should be no air leaks in the fuel supply to the boiler fuel pump.
- Checking the fuel filter. The fuel filter may become clogged, making it difficult to supply fuel in the proper amount. If clogged, replace the fuel filter.
- We check that the fuel does not flow by gravity (relevant for boilers 21R, 30R).
- Possible fuel quality. Change the fuel, or try closing the air damper and feeding a richer mixture. The damper is located on the left side of the burner (see diagrams below).
- We check the flame control sensor (photocell). The sensor can be pulled out of the burner body by turning it along its axis (see diagrams below). Wipe clean with a dry cloth; the protective casing at the end should be perfectly transparent. If the front cover is removed, the photocell may react to extraneous light and generate an error.
- We check, clean (or change) the nozzle and ignition electrodes. They can be reached by removing the entire burner from the combustion chamber flange (see diagrams below).
- We check the operation of the ignition transformer. It should give a spark to the ignition electrodes (I don’t know how to check the spark, I haven’t reached this stage of troubleshooting).
Burner diagrams for diesel boilers Kiturami Turbo 13R, 17R: Burner diagrams for diesel boilers Kiturami Turbo 21R, 30R: I stopped at stage 5. He covered the air damper with his hand and the boiler started. Obviously, the turbine simply blew diesel fuel into the combustion chamber with such force that the electrodes simply could not ignite it. After the boiler stopped with error 01, excess fuel leaked through the burner flange. Using a scientific method, I adjusted this damper so that the boiler would start at the next cycle without error. The problem that I have not yet been able to overcome is condensation in the chimney. During a cold start there was so much of it that a large puddle flowed onto the floor. It flowed through the chimney condensate drain and through the elbow that comes from the boiler.
Blitz tips
- Diesel single-circuit and double-circuit models have been developed, the latter are more convenient, but more expensive. If you choose the first option, you will need to purchase a boiler and other appliances and accessories, but its cost will still be lower.
- It is worth paying attention to the depth of the fuel intake according to the criterion for determining the deep location of the fuel and fuel tank. According to fire safety, fuel tanks must be buried in the ground to an appropriate depth. At low power, the intake depth is higher.
- The cost of installing the equipment will include the price of the heater , its installation, startup and commissioning work, maintenance and spare parts for its repair.
