- The pump does not work - there are two possible reasons: either there is no electricity, or the pump is set to the minimum operating mode. If it is used incorrectly, the device fails, as a result of which water stops circulating in the system, and is heated exclusively in the boiler, causing it to overheat and emergency shutdown.
In Electrolux boilers, problems with the pump occur quite often, or rather with the stator. In some models it cannot be repaired, so a complete replacement will be required.
You can resolve this error in the following ways:
- Check the airiness of the batteries by slightly opening the drain nuts on each - some of the water with oxygen bubbles should come out. The procedure should be performed only with the pump turned on, otherwise it will simply be ineffective.
- Add water to the expansion tank if its level is below the required level. Open the water supply valve when automatically recharging the system.
- Check radiators and joints for leaks if pressure in the system constantly drops.

In most cases, this error indicates that the boiler burner has not ignited (the signal is supplied from the flame control sensor or also called the flame ionization sensor). The sensor is an electrode for determining the presence of a flame and blocks the operation of the gas boiler in the event of incomplete combustion of the main burner or gas supply interruptions.
- Insufficient pressure or lack of gas supply to the system (for example, gas valve malfunction)
- Incorrect connection of the boiler power supply for phase-dependent models
- Poor contact or no signal from the flame ionization sensor

Reason seven. Insufficient air required for heating element
The most unlikely of reasons, but it also occurs. It is unlikely because the lack of air will be detected by other devices that are responsible for this, and the error code will be completely different. A situation may also arise that the pressure switch (another element of the tank) will not respond to the lack of air, and there will still be very little of it (if the pipeline is clogged). At this moment, the flame control electrode will detect the absence of this same flame and stop the boiler. Although it will be present inside the tank, it will have an irregular shape.

The user manual does not give an unambiguous interpretation of error 12, indicating incorrect functioning of the differential pressure switch of the heating circuit. Error 12 is not necessarily caused by a fault in the Baxi boiler. As practice shows, it is initiated mainly by external factors as a result of illiterate operation and maintenance of the heating unit and components of the heating system, and failure to comply with the deadlines for carrying out routine activities. The movement of the coolant slows down for several reasons, and to reduce the time spent searching for a problem, it is recommended to perform a series of actions according to the principle “from simple to complex.”
The user is informed about a malfunction of the hydraulic sensor (pressostat) itself by another error - E13. Therefore, it is not advisable to start searching for the reason for the appearance of code 12 from the Baksi boiler.

A significant deviation is the reason for rejecting the sensor. It’s easy to find and inexpensive (600±100 rubles depending on the region). After installing a working NTC, error e27 will be removed.
If the Baxi boiler has a surface-mounted temperature sensor, check the layer of special paste under the device holder. A decrease in heat transfer affects the temperature measurement, error e27 is displayed. Eliminated by applying fresh thermal paste.
Serviceability of the electronic board
An extreme case is if error E27 is not removed by the measures taken. Self-testing (without diagrams, guidelines from the Baksi manufacturer, special equipment, experience) is a futile task: for diagnostics you need a stand. If, after replacing the DHW sensor, code 27 continues to be displayed, contact the service center.
